Alone on the shores of Panama

Alone on the shores of Panama

It’s been a while since the Amazon rainforest. It was time to isolate and connect with our ancestors but in a different climate. After finding the right guy for the right job you can find me on my way to Panama. With some professional guidance beforehand, I was left alone on the shores of a deserted beach to survive for seventy-two hours.

At first, being fully alone makes one deal with their thoughts. Mother Nature does show her power for sure! Building a shelter is one task. But building a fully rainproof shelter and guarding it from crabs and ants – is another. Eating some bad coconuts by mistake is also part of the deal.

Throughout my time alone I got to learn techniques and materials that can provide shelter. Not setting a fire, taught me to not be afraid of the dark. Lastly, it allows an individual to zoom out from the busy world and connect with the human within themselves. I advise every one of you to take some alone time here and there. It’s healthy.
