Itinerary

So I got a private transportation that drove me all the way from Theth Albania to cross the Montenegro borders and arrived to Budva which is my first destination. Budva is a town in Montenegro on the Adriatic Sea which is known for its sandy beaches. I stayed in the old town because I wanted to feel the history and live it. Perhaps that was a mistake because the place I stayed in was next to a night club and it was very noisy, so in the next day I moved to another place. In Budva I simply enjoyed a chill at the beach, visited some islands and rafted a bit. The restaurants there are high end restaurants and I enjoyed their good seafood. Also in the old town oh my God they really have one the best Pizza ever and I eat a lot of it. During my stay, took private transportation to Shkodër Lake which lies on the border of Albania and Montenegro, it is considered the largest lake in Southern Europe. You must visit the lake and enjoy this wooden boat ride around the lake. In total I spent three nights and then it was time for me to explore somewhere else. I decided to visit Ulcinj and on my way I stopped to see the city Bar which is a coastal town and a seaport in southern Montenegro. An earthquake in 1979 severely damaged the settlement, but people have returned recently and lived on this steep hill once again. I enjoyed a good lunch there and I recommend trying their local Kebab and drink their Turkish coffee. Also I went to see this old olive tree that lived for over 2000 years which was very interesting.

Enjoying the sunset

Then I arrived to my final destination Ulcinj where I explored the old city before the sunset and got to see the sunset there, which in my opinion the best place in the city to see the sunset. I also got my delicious seafood dinner in this family restaurant which I really loved and loved that they all work together as one. The next day I went to the long beach and enjoyed watching the kite surfers filling the ocean and I repeated this the next day as I enjoyed this long beach which was around 14 kilometers long. Then the trip had to end and I needed to go explore another country so I drove to Kosovo.
