The Bushman
I have always been fascinated by the ways humans lived in the past. I recently learned that certain tribes keep their old traditions. This made me curious to understand how they adapt to this new world by which we push them to abide. Could a modern citizen possibly live the same way as they do? I reached out to the Bushmen, the oldest living tribe in the world, to find out.
At the very start, the agreements for my arrival and stay with the Bushmen were purely based on their promise of a good heart. Trusting them was an issue as communication is hard. During the stay, one challenge I find hard is to walk the entire day barefoot in the bush and keep up with their pace. The Bushmen are known as the best trackers in the world when it comes to hunting. As the local government has enclosed the areas where animals migrate, the chase for food is limited and harder for the men to feed the tribe.
